Form Apparatus (Giovanni Carnel & Armina Ghazaryan) brought me on board to help design the web and iPad Foodpairing Explorer app for the agency Sense of Taste.
Challenges
Design the complex food taste combinations in an interactive, visual way so that it feels informative, functional and playful to create new combinations from ingredients for food and drinks through science.
Outcomes
Designed the web and ipad app that was tailored towards chefs, bartenders, foodies and others in the food industry.
Result
The web and iPad app was well received and used by among others; the experimental chef Heston Blumenthal; and renowned chocolatier Dominique Persoone.
