Challenge
A radiologist, one of Corbit's clients, was seeking a straightforward solution to the irritation he was facing daily. After consultations, he used 3 devices to write out his report.
These devices, which included a private laptop with the radiologists' encyclopedia software, a dictation device for recording his diagnosis, and diagnostic scan software installed at his practice's computer terminal, were essential for the creation of his report. However, the constant switching between devices and context was a hindrance to his productivity.
Outcomes
A RIA desktop widget that integrates the radiologists encyclopedia, his diagnostic radiologist scan software, and is voice-enabled.
Result
The proposed solution simplified the daily workload for the radiologist.
Corbit were pleased with the result and were in talks with the radiologist to proceed further.
